Strategic Fund
Strategic Fund provides Australian wholesale investors with access to the Oasis Japan Strategic Fund.
The Oasis Japan Strategic Fund is an investment strategy managed by Oasis Management. The Oasis Japan Strategic Fund is a concentrated fund that focuses on engagement opportunities in Japan.
The underlying fund seeks to invest in: undervalued, listed subsidiary companies that give preferential treatment to their parent companies above all shareholders; companies that would re-rate with operational improvements; and operationally sound companies that would re-rate with improved standards of corporate governance.
Oasis Management
Oasis is a long-term Japan engagement investor. Oasis seeks to invest in companies that are trading substantially below their intrinsic value, and works, when necessary, through engagement to increase the companies' intrinsic and market value.
In fulfilment of its obligations under Japan's Stewardship Code, Oasis is committed to engaging with its voice, vote, and all tools available as engaged shareholders, on all matters that can improve investee companies' long-term value, for the success of the companies and all stakeholders.
